Welcome to my practice! As a qualified Jungian Analyst and Analytical Psychologist, I bring over seven years of rigorous training from the Guild of Analytical Psychology. I am a member of the UKCP and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP) and one of the few BAME Jungian Analysts worldwide. With an interest in the arts, teaching, global and national events, religion and spirituality, I have a unique perspective in my sessions. I have limited online availability, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward self-discovery and healing.

I offer a safe space filled with empathy and compassion for you to share and reflect on your problems. As well as life coaching, counselling and therapy I also offer analysis which employs creative techniques such as dream work, art, and active imagination which help to shed light on  the deep unconscious processes. It's these processes which sometimes leave people feeling like they are trapped in a cycle of negative, painful and destructive behaviour. As a Jungian analyst I greatly value individual difference and therefore each therapeutic relationship is similarly unique therefore I work organically rather than by using prescriptive techniques.

Sometimes people feel so overwhelmed by their problems that they struggle to engage with the outside world and cut themselves off from friends and family. I can offer various techniques and new ways of thinking which can help you feel capable of taking on life’s challenges.

Other people have reached a stage in life in which they are looking for a deeper sense of meaning, together we can explore creative and spiritual techniques which will help you to feel a sense of connection to both yourself and the world around you.

How I can Help

I am a qualified Jungian Analyst and Analytical Psychologist, having completed seven years of training at the Guild of Analytical Psychology. I am a member of the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP) and one of the few BAME Jungian Analysts worldwide. Additionally, I am registered with the UKCP, fully insured, and engage in regular supervision. Prior to my analyst training, I earned a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling from Madingley Hall, Cambridge.

Currently, I have some limited online availability.

My initial passion was the arts; I attended drama school (Arts Ed) in London and later converted my three-year diploma into an Honours degree at Saint Margaret’s University in Edinburgh. I have experience teaching young people with diverse learning needs at a regional college and have worked as a qualified CELTA teacher at a language school in Cambridge.

Outside of work, I am a mother and stepmother, sharing my life with a lively  Dog and a mischievous black cat. I am a creative individual who enjoys painting, experimenting with various mediums, cooking, baking, gardening, writing, and tackling DIY projects around the house.

I have recently embarked on a PhD in Counter Terrorism and Deradicalization, with a keen interest in leadership and senior management roles across various fields. I'm also very interested in working with those who have suffered discrimination, abuse or isolation and are seeking an honest and nurturing space to explore difficult feelings.
